Biscuits and Gravy Recipe


Buttermilk
1Cup Milk
1Tbsp Vinegar 

Mix together

Biscuits
2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp baking soda 
4 Tbsp butter 
3 Tbsp Cisco 
2/3 - 3/4 Cup butter milk 

Gravy
1/3 Cup Flour
Add 1 Cup of milk at a time to 4 cups depending on your desire
Mix with sausage
