For Buyers:
The goal: acquisition of rights to the Author’s Works and/or the acquisition of services provided by the Authors.
You need to sign up if You want to buy the rights to the Author’s Works, or You would like to use the Author’s services. Since our resource does not have the primary purpose to manage Works trading – there are no price tags as it just cannot be taking into account the exclusivity and individuality of Works/services presented by the Author. According to this, the Buyer's offer is forming as an offer to ImeStar Agent using a template that includes the basic necessary items. The offer constitutes an offer to Co-producers of the Author. Co-producers may accept it, reject, or provide an option in which they will agree.
Pay Your attention to the options to the acquisition of Author services:
Forming an offer to obtain Author Services the necessary conditions are the date, place and time (duration) of the service.
Example 1:
In the ACTORS / Entertainer Category, You like a certain Actor and You would like him to spend the next annual meeting of the club "Reindeer". Of course, you are authorizing to deal with such questions of the club. So the offer briefly, will be like this:
Relevant: up to 30 January 2017.
Service: hosting an official part of the annual meeting of the club "Reindeer". Plan of activities and requirements are in the Annex.
Date: April 30, 2017.
Duration (period): From 9-30 to 14-30 on the current local time (UTC / GMT -9 hour).
Location: Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, Inc.
Address: 621 W 6th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501, USA
Payment: the fee 900 USD. In addition: insurance, business-class air ticket round-trip from any of the US cities by the Route network Alaska Airlines, transfer and three-star accommodation up to 2 days at the expense of the host party.
Example 2:
In the ACTORS / DJ Disc Jockeys Category, You like a certain Actor and You would like him to spend weekly discos in the same Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. Of course, you are authorizing to deal with such issues. So the offer briefly, will be like this:
Relevant: up to 15 October 2016.
Service: one-year contract to host a weekly disco. At least three times a week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Requirements are in the Annex.
Date: 1 February 2017 - January 30, 2018.
Duration (period): At least three times a week (Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday). Friday and Saturday from 6-30 to 18-30, Sunday from 17-00 to 3-30 on the current local time (UTC / GMT -9 hour).
Location: Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, Inc.
Address: 621 W 6th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501, USA
Payment: the annual contract 80 000 USD. Extras: bonus for increasing the number of visitors + 3, 000 USD for every 5% increase but not more than half of the annual contract price, insurance, air ticket business class round-trip from any of the US cities by the Route network Alaska Airlines, living in two-bedroom apartments at the expense of the host party.
As previously reported, an offer can be accepted, rejected or granted the other version. The Author takes a direct part in the discussion and adoption of the offer. The Author also has the right to veto (reject) the offer.
You will see the transactions (purchase and cancellation) of funds from your wallet in the Buyer’s profile only after the offer acceptance by all interested parties.
Accounting for acquired rights and/or services, transaction history, and the final balance is submitting in Buyer’s Profile tab.
imestar.com does not charge the additional fees when the Buyer acquisitions rights and/or services. Note the commission payment system for making payments.
Refunds available to the Buyer within three weeks (21 days) from the date of incoming demands but on the condition that these funds are credited and are on the Buyer’s personal account, minus commissions of payment systems. The funds paid or debited from the Buyer’s personal account in the execution of the deal on the acquisition of the right to Work and /or Services for their return, subject to the relevant procedure of the settlement of return between the Buyer and the Selling side (Co-producers pool representing the Author).
ImeStar.com provides only a platform and service - direct rights holder and the agent acting on behalf of the selling party including the Author acts Co-producers pool. If disputes arise, imestar.com playground is ready to present all the material for the preparation, adoption, and implementation of such deals occurring within imestar.com platform.
