Partner Terms
This Partner Terms is effective as of February 22, 2016.
This agreement establishes and regulates the relations between the Partner and other registered users. ImeStar.com provides the technical possibility of such interaction.
The user by registering as a Partner agrees and assumes all the obligations imposed on him by these Partner Terms, as well as is subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
Definitions:
By these terms, we mean:
"Authors" - the creators of meaning; authors /creators and owners of the Works that are presented at our site.
"Works" - all kinds of Author’s creative activity.
"Partners" - teachers and mentors who provide "Lessons / Schools", as well as their professional services, which help Authors to obtain the skills and necessary results.
"Lessons / Schools" – these are the videos including the demonstration of the processes and tasks for obtaining the necessary skills.
"Co-producers" - the people supporting a particular Author and /or his Works by contributing money resources into the Author’s "Foundation" and controlling this Fund with the aim of producing, promoting and enhancing the Author’s skills.
"Foundation" - targeted funds collected for financing the skills improvement, promoting and producing the Author.
"Buyers" - buyers of non-exclusive or exclusive property rights on Author’s Works, as well as buyers-customers on the performance of their professional services by the Authors.
The Partner undertakes to:
- Perform the Terms of Use and other site requirements;
- Place the Partner Schools and Lessons adequately responding to the popular requests of subscribers and his personal understanding the ways of their solution;
- Actively cooperate with the Authors-subscribers in order to enhance the skills of the latter;
- Be responsible for untrue guidance and advice, as well as for the accuracy of the submitted information;
The Partner has the right to:
- Place the Partners Schools and Lessons adequately responding to the popular requests of subscribers and personal understanding of the ways of their solution;
- Specify in the profile the details on the services provided including active links to their own information resources;
- Actively cooperate with the Authors-subscribers to enhance the skills of the latter;
- Determine the general curriculum of the School, the plan, and purpose of each Lesson, the means and methods which he will use to conduct and transfer of skills;
- Set prices for the subscription to Schools/Lessons;
- Make independent decisions on the number of free (trial) Lessons and/or Schools for testing, advertising, and promotion;
- Promote and advertise own Lessons and Schools on selected pages of the site;
- Get paid for the subscription to the relevant School and Lessons;
- Get paid for services rendered;
ImeStar.com platform provides the ability for the Partner to interact with other registered users. ImeStar.com does not assume any risks and limits its liability from any claim up to the limit of 100 USD.
Imestar.com platform provides:
- The ability to place Affiliate Schools and Lessons;
- The ability to post information and/or active links about the professional Partnership Services;
- The ability to interact with the Authors subscribed to these Schools and Lessons;
- The ability to interact with other registered users of the site;
- The implementation of an additional sales channel of the Partner offline services provided as individually to the Authors, as well as to the Authors, whose agents are the Co-producers managing the Author’s Funds;
- The ability to fulfill the conditions of the transaction on the provision of services and to make the necessary transactions directly on the imestar.com site.
- Crediting Partners with the received income from the subscriptions to the Schools/Lessons and the income received by the Partners from the services provided.
Accordingly, the rights and duties of other registered participants are provided in the respective Author Terms, Co-producer Terms and Buyer Terms.
ImeStar.com does not carry out the pre-moderation of Works.
The responsibility for the content rests with the Author.
ImeStar.com does not carry out the pre-moderation of Lessons and Schools.
Responsibility for the content rests with the Partner.
ImeStar.com is not a party to the agreement, and it only provides the ability to interact for the registered participants.
Taxes.
The income received from registered users on ImeStar.com tax authorities classify as taxable. For the possibility to obtain such income from the registered user, ImeStar.com asks for tax identification number (TIN), as well as to fill it out and attach to the personal account a W-9 form, so that we could report about taxable income to the relevant tax authorities. Registered users who have a source of income at ImeStar.com will be provided with the relevant tax documents in case if it is required by the tax authorities.
Refunds.
Withdrawal of funds from the platform imestar.com received and owned by the Partner is possible minus a fee (see Pricing & Fees).
