Filmed using the RED Dragon in 6K resolution, Phantom Miro at 1080p, then upscaled to youtube at 4K, with Glidecam HD 4000 for the stabilizing shots.

For the actual pole itself that we hooked the camera to, we used a Go-Scope pole. I bought mine on this website. They make them for GoPro cameras.
